Dennis Schulze

Dennis Schulze is a Director focused on European buyout opportunities, predominantly in the industrial goods and automotive sector.
He is based in Munich.
Mr. Schulze joined Carlyle in 1999.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Schulze worked as an assistant lecturer at Westfaelische-Wilhelms-University specializing in accounting, auditing and finance.
His work included advisory services in the areas of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and external financial reporting, as well as the preparation of expert appraisals and valuation opinions.
Mr. Schulze holds a Ph.D from Westfaelische-Wilhelms-University, where he also received an M.B.A.
