Mr. Fernandez is the Managing Partner of Fernandez & Associates LLP.
Previously, he served as vice president for both Walden International and Vertex Management.
Additionally, he has worked in various engineering and management roles at Raytheon, Digital Equipment, NCR, and Racal.
Having counseled clients extensively on intellectual property issues, Mr. Fernandez has broad experience in patent prosecution, patent prosecution and patent litigation.
Prior to entering private practice, he served as patent attorney at Fenwick & West and at Nutter McClennen & Fish.
Mr. Fernandez has sat on the boards of directors of several high-tech start-ups.
Mr. Fernandez received a B.S.E.E from Northwestern University in 1983 and his J.D from Suffolk University in 1989.
