The firm was founded in 1999 as Allianz Asset Management (Singapore) Ltd. AllianzGI-SG provides portfolio management services to a range of clients in Southeast Asia and India which includes pension funds, private and institutional investors. Kyobo AXA Investment Managers Co., Ltd. (Kyobo AXA IM) is an independent Korean investment management and advisory firm which was founded in 1988 as Kyobo Investment Management Co., Ltd. to provide asset management services. In 2009 they changed their name to Kyobo AXA Investment Managers Co., Ltd. as a result of the joint venture between Kyobo Life Insurance and AXA Investment Managers. Headquartered in Seoul, Kyobo AXA IM provides investment advisory services for private and institutional clients.
