Mr. David H.
Sugimoto, CFA MBA, is Senior Portfolio Manager at Affinity Investment Advisors LLC.
In this role, he is responsible for the co-development and oversight of the international strategy.

Prior to joining Affinity, he co-founded and was Senior Portfolio Manager for Echo Point Investment Management.
