Prior to assuming his role at JVP, Mr. Brunschvig was with Bear Stearns.
Prior to Bear Stearns he was the co-head of Lazard Freres' Internet advisory activities.
Prior to that, Mr. Braunschvig was a director at Coopers & Lybrand's strategy consulting practice, where he was an advisor on telecommunications assignments and technology policy.
Mr. Braunschvig was also affiliated with Arthur D.
Little, Inc., the Media Lab of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and was a Fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
Mr. Braunschvig is a co-author of The Future of the Electronic Marketplace (MIT Press, 1998).
He served as staff representative on the advisory council of Vice President Gore's National Information Infrastructure (1996), was committee chairman of the Information Industry Association (1990), and served on the commission of the French government that deployed the Minitel videotext infrastructure (1978).
Mr. Braunschvig received an MA in Public Administration from John F.
Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
He also attended the University of Paris.
