Mr. Dag Løtveit is Founding Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Trient Asset Management AS.
Mr. Loetveit is the Principal Portfolio Manager for Trient’s Global Macro Fund.
Mr. Loetveit has over 20 years’ experience in asset management.
Prior to Trient, he was at NBIM from 1999-2011.
From 1999-2008, he was Chief Investment Officer Fixed Income and Head of the Fixed Income Department.
From 2008-2011 he was head of Global Allocation Strategies, responsible for the management of active systematic risk positioning in a dedicated long/short macro portfolio.
Before joining NBIM, he was the Head of Fixed Income at Gjensidige Asset Management and Chief Dealer, Norwegian Rates, at Elcon Securities.
Mr. Loetveit holds a Siviløkonom (Master’s) Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Bergen (1987).
