Prior to the acquisition of Vector Securities International, Inc. by PVHG in July 1999, Mr. Berghorst was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vector Securities International, Inc. Prior to co-founding Vector Securities International, Inc., Mr. Berghorst was the Managing Director and Co-Head of the Life Sciences/Medical Products Industry Specialty Group within the Corporate Finance Department of Kidder, Peabody where he directed the firm's worldwide resources with respect to the emerging life sciences industry.
Mr. Berghorst earned his B.B.A. Degree from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University.
