Quintet Private Bank (Schweiz) AG is the Swiss securities dealer subsidiary of Quintet Private Bank (Europe) SA, which is owned by Precision Capital SA in Luxembourg. It was founded in 1993 as Bank am Bellevue AG. Headquartered in Zurich, the firm provides a full spectrum of brokerage services to private and institutional investors.

In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.
