Charles Kotting studied Industrial Management at the University of Groningen with a specialisation in production logistics.
After graduating in 1997 he joined McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam, where he worked on a number of projects both in the Netherlands and abroad.
In 2000 he completed his MBA at INSEAD business school and subsequently started working at H2 Equity Management.
In his role as investment manager he was also hands-on involved in improving its portfolio companies.
Since 2004 he worked as an improvement consultant Europe wide for portfolio companies of private equity investors.
In 2008 he entered the employ of Gilde Equity Management Benelux.
