Charles Dawson is a Founder of Delphi Technology Group, Inc. Previously, he was Director of Operations for Kenexa Technologies, Inc. until 2001.
Prior to that, he worked with Lockheed Martin and Software Support Services, Inc. He began his career with General Electric.
He has over 17 years of experience in the fields of Systems Integration and Information Technology.
Mr. Dawson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
