Ms. Catriona L.
Allen is a Senior Fund Manager of Global Indirect Real Estate at Aviva Investors Global Services Ltd.
She joined Aviva Investors in 2009 and is currently the fund manager for a number of European clients, as well as having responsibility for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities in Europe and managing these post execution.
She sits on Global Indirect Real Estate’s European Investment Committee and also represents clients on investor advisory committees.
Ms. Allen has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has a wide range of experience in performance measurement, research, underwriting investments and managing pooled fund of funds products.
Ms. Allen has previous roles at Investment Property Databank (now MSCI), Alecta and latterly BlackRock.
She was also Co-Chair of the INREV Performance Measurement and Benchmarking Committee in 2011.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of London and an MA in European Property Development and Planning from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
She is a member of the Investment Property Forum and the INREV Investor Advisory Council.
