Grey Owl Capital Management LLC (Grey Owl) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor and wealth management firm headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. The firm was founded by Eric Brugel and Jeffery Erber in 2009. Grey Owl provides investment management services to individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, pooled investment vehicles, charitable organizations, corporations and business entities.

Founded in 1989, FBR Capital Markets & Co., formerly Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., is a broker/dealer headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with additional offices throughout the US.
