Brahmanage Premalal

Brahmanage Premalal is the founder of Prime Lands Pvt Ltd., which was founded in 1995.
He currently holds the position of Deputy Chairman at HNB Grameen Finance Ltd., Chairman at Prime Homes Pvt Ltd., Director at Ceylease Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd., and Director at Condominium Management Authority.
He is also a Non-Executive Director at Ceylinco General Insurance Ltd., Executive Director at Prime Lands Residencies Plc, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at Prime Finance Plc, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at HNB Finance Plc, and Executive Director at Bhoomi Realty Holdings Pvt Ltd.
Additionally, he holds the position of Executive Director at Prime Lands Australia Pty Ltd., Regent Country Club Pvt Ltd., and Prime Reality Holdings Pvt Ltd.
He is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, and Chartered Association of Business Administrators.
He is also the President of The Condominium Developers Association of Sri Lanka and a Member of Rotary International District 3220 and Lions International District 306a1.
In the past, he served as Deputy Chairman of Prime Grameen Micro Finance Ltd.
and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance Plc and Summit Finance Plc.
Mr. Premalal completed his undergraduate degree at Thurston Community College and holds a graduate degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
He also holds an MBA from Open University Malaysia.
