Mr. William J.
Kornitzer is a Portfolio Manager at Aperture Investors LLC.
He has over 28 years of professional investment experience and has qualified as an expert valuation witness in corporate disputes.
Prior to joining Aperture, Mr. Kornitzer was a Portfolio Manager on the Buffalo Equity and USA Global funds.
Before returning to Buffalo in 2004, he spent 4 years at the USAA Investment Management Company where he was a portfolio manager and managing director.
He was with the Buffalo Funds as a research analyst and assistant portfolio manager from 1997-2000, before leaving for USAA. Prior to joining the buy side, he was in the corporate finance and valuation groups for Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
He focused primarily on cross-border M&A while living in both Moscow and the U.K.

from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Drexel University.
