Mr. Rotenberg received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in Russian from Pomona College and he has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations and is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts.
