Ayman Hamed

Ayman Hamed is the Chief Executive Officer of International Securities L.L.C.
L.L.C.
(previously SHUAA Securities), and recently acquired by the International Holding Company (IHC) which is one of the leading & largest listed groups in the UAE.
He has a proven track record of over 25 years in the financial services industry with particularly strong capabilities in the institutional and retail brokerage sector.
Prior to joining International Securities, he was the Group CEO of NAEEM Brokerage catering Egypt and EMEA Markets.
In his previous role, Ayman managed to play an instrumental role in reshuffling his firm’s rankings and add exposure to trading a range of asset classes, placing his firm among top players in the market.
In addition, he served on the board of Arabeya Online, the first digital brokerage house in Egypt, between 2007 and 2010.
Ayman also filled several board member positions in various brokerage companies.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Cairo and holds an MBA degree in Finance & Investment.
