Anne Palmerine’s leadership experience includes over ten years of developing and executing stategies to greatly impact and improve customer relations.
Before joining the Acusis Senior Management Team, she managed the customer service teams at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Health Plan where she was responsible for enhancing the work atmosphere to postively impact customer satisfaction ratings.
She began her career in management at a publishing company in Pittsburgh where she spent time leading the customer service team as well as employee achievement training.
Palmerine graduated with a BS from West Virginia University in 1992.
She earned her MBA with a Finance concentration at the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh in 1998.
