Functions as a College/University

Feingold O'Keeffe Capital (FOC) specializes in strategies that predominantly focus on companies with leveraged balance sheets. The firm invests mainly in bonds, bank debt and other higher yield debt securities issued in the US. FOC may, at certain times, invest in the securities of issuers located in other regions. Depending the client's investment objective, they may also invest in common or preferred stock, warrants to purchase common or preferred stock, and other equity interests. Positions range from the top of a corporate capital structure to the bottom and may include distressed securities. Investments may span across capital structures, including but not limited to, bank debt, corporate bonds (high yield and investment grade), convertible bonds, preferred stock, common stock, credit default swaps and other derivative contracts. The FOC Funds fall into two main investment strategies. One is a long-short opportunistic credit fund that invests in various parts of the capital structure of levered companies, and the other is a secured value fund that focuses mainly on catalyst-driven investing in senior secured loans and secured instruments.
