Anand leads Finance Function at Astarc Group.
At Astarc Ventures, Anand oversees Finance, Legal, Tax, and Fund reporting.
Anand has over 18 years’ of Finance Treasury & transaction advisory experience.
He has successfully executed several complex assignments, including negotiation, vetting legal documents, coordinating due diligence, tax and regulatory structuring and transaction closing.
He also has vast fundraising experience from leading Banks & NBFCs like KKR, Avendus, and Tata Capital.
He has helped Startups Cos to set up their finance function & raise Growth capital for their expansion.
He has been involved in devising & executing M&A & Cross-border Business restructuring strategies for Group.
He has previously worked in various industries, including Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Capital goods & FMEG etc.
Anand is a Chartered Accountant & based out of Mumbai.
