Amanda Gaiotti

Amanda Gaiotti is a Senior Principal at Sagard and joined the firm in 2020.
As a member of the value creation team, Amanda supports our portfolio partners on a variety of projects including M&A due diligence, acquisition integration, strategic planning and other business development initiatives.
Most recently, she played a key role in successfully completing the Dialogue (TSX:CARE) IPO.
Amanda also supports corporate development initiatives for the Sagard platform.
She is based in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Amanda was a Senior Director of Business Transformation and M&A Integration at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group where she led strategic planning, growth and operational optimization initiatives.
In addition, she played a key role in the integration of multiple acquisitions, driving significant bottom line results for the company.
Amanda holds an MBA from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.
She is a former coach and athlete of the National Synchronized Skating Team.
