Alex Shivananda

Prior to Co-Founding Aclaria Capital in December 2004, Mr. Shivananda was a director at HgCapital he was the executive director of PaperExchange, an electronic trading platform and software solutions provider.
Before this he advised corporations and smaller high-growth companies on strategy as a management consultant with OC&C Strategy Consultants.
He began his career with Amoco Corporation, holding various operations and M&A roles.
Mr. Shivananda was involved in the investments in Xyratex, Rolfe & Nolan and Burns e-Commerce Solutions and is a Director on the board of SiTel Semiconductor.
Mr. Shivananda holds a MSc degree in Engineering from Delft University in the Netherlands and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
