Mr. Broeker has garnered a depth of experience in audit, tax and start-up business consulting, in addition to extensive IPO credentials after working on a majority of the most prominent Austin IPOs, including Vignette, pcorder.com, and Garden.com.
Prior to Ernst & Young, he served for six years at Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Broeker is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as a Director of Works and Debix and is actively involved with CipherMax (formerly MaXXan) and Xtera.
