Aimable Malaala is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the East Africa Law Society, the Rwanda Bar Association, and the Bank of Kigali Plc, where he serves as the Head of Compliance & Corporate Counsel.
He previously held positions as the Head of the Civil Litigation Department at the Ministry of Justice and as the Head of Compliance & Litigations at BK Group Plc.
Mr. Malaala obtained his graduate degree from the University of Liverpool in 2011, the University of Utrecht in 2007, and the National University of Rwanda in 2005.
He also completed his legal practice training at the Institute of Legal Practice & Development.
