Mr. Kevin O'Shea is a Principal at Kinsale Capital Partners LLC.

in Accounting from DePaul University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
In addition, Mr. O’Shea was a member of the adjunct faculty at The Elmhurst College Center for Business and Economics from 1990 to 2000

Kevin O'Shea worked as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC from 2003 to 2003.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers Asset Management LLC from 1994 to 1996 and a Vice President at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. from 1981 to 1993.
O'Shea received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1980.

Previously, he was a Director, Senior Analyst at Radcliffe Capital Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund primarily focused on convertible bond arbitrage strategies.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banker specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions with both Prudential Securities and SG Cowen before moving to Deutsche Banc Alex Brown where he was a Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group (San Francisco) and the bank’s Global Chemicals Investment Banking Group (New York).
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
He also earned a JD degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the New York State Bar.

Kevin P. O'Shea is on the board of Urban Edge Properties, Urban Edge Properties LP and North Point II REIT LLC and Chief Financial Officer for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. In his past career he was Executive Director-Investment Research Division at UBS AG and Real Estate Investment Banker at PaineWebber, Inc. Mr. O'Shea received an undergraduate degree from Boston College, a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sharon O’Shea is GoPoint Venture’s Chief Financial Officer.
Sharon as 26 years of operational experience working with multi-billiion dollar investment advisors managing all aspects of fund formation, accounting and administration as well as all regulatory and compliance matters.
Previously, Sharon was chief financial officer of Sasco, Scopia and Wyser-Pratte.
Ms. O’Shea holds a BBS degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Limerick, in Ireland and is a member of GARP and the FWA.
In her spare time she can be found driving her two children to Irish dance competitions, soccer and softball games as well as raising awareness for the Children’s Tumor Foundation and NF2.
