Zyber Holdings Limited (ASX:ZYB) ("Zyber" or "the Company") provides the following update in relation to its recent activities.

Update on Zyber Development

Over the last two weeks the development team has been working on building the Zyber Enterprise Mobile application in iOS and Android.

The myZyber mobile application was built using Ionic framework allowing the development team to quickly deploy this into the app marketplace. The team ran into some issues solving critical defects when implementing this framework with the Enterprise application. The decision was made to rebuild the application using native SDK's. We now accomplished the ability to view folders, navigate through folders, preview files, and upload files. These features are currently in our test cycle.

The team also implemented a notification feature so that users can receive notifications on particular files or folders they wish to watch. Users can choose specific events on files and are notified when those events occur via email.

Over the next few weeks the team will continue to test the application and look for potential BETA customers. One possible area would be a local law or accounting firm with at least one other office.

The Zyber management team will look for opportunities in this area to gain valuable user feedback to drive the product development. The development team will focus on refining the existing product in areas of file sharing and virtualization.

Corporate Opportunities

The Chairman of the Company, Mr Peter Wall, continues to receive numerous proposals on a weekly basis for corporate transactions opportunities involving the Company.

Given Mr Wall's connections to the medical cannabis space, many of these opportunities are within this sector. Additional opportunities within the cyber security sector have also been presented to the Company.

The Board intends to work closely with ASX to determine the conditions that are likely to be imposed on the Company should any new opportunities be acted on.

The Board also continues to work on cost cutting initiatives with both the Chairman and the Company Secretary agreeing to reduce their monthly fees.
