Wu Feixia signed the share transfer agreement to acquire an additional 6.07% stake in Zuming Bean Products Co., Ltd (SZSE:003030) from Shanghai Zhujing Investment Center (Limited Partnership) on July 20, 2022. After, Wu FeixiaÆs shares in Zuming Bean Products will increase from 80,000 shares to 7,652,200 shares whereas stake will increase from 0.06% to 6.13%.
