Zota Health Care Limited at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 29, 2024 recommended final dividend at the rate of 10% INR 1 per equity share of INR 10 each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General meeting of the Company.
