Zhubo Design Co., Ltd. announced 2020 final profit distribution plan to be implemented (A shares) of Cash dividend/10 shares (tax included) of CNY 5.00000000. Record date is 04 June 2021, Ex-date is 07 June 2021, Payment date is 07 June 2021. 10% withholding tax on cash dividend will be deducted in CNY within the cash dividend receivable. Net cash dividend/10 shares after tax is CNY 4.50000000.
