Inner Mongolia Yangfan New Materials Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 1,000,000,000 on April 25, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from returning investor Zhejiang Yangfan New Materials Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300637). In respect with the transaction, the investor intends to sign an investment agreement with Inner Mongolia Alashan Economic Development Zone Management Committee. The transaction will take place in tranches and the first tranche will not exceed proceeds of CNY 500,000,000. The company has a registered capital of CNY 30,000,000. The transaction was approved by the investor in the 17th session of its 2nd directorate. Wang Xinli acted as a legal representative to the company for the transaction.
Zhejiang Yangfan New Materials Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in research, development, production and sales of photoinitiators and mercapto compounds. The Company's primary product is the photoinitiators, including 907, ITX and BMS. The product is used in photocurable materials, printed circuit boards, microelectronics processing, paper making and household appliances. The Company is also involved in producing mercapto compounds as pesticide intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates and dye intermediates.
