Effective November 7, 2019, Michael Jonas resigned as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, but remains as a member of the Board of Directors and as Executive Chairman of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company appointed Elliot Gibber, to serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer effective November 7, 2019.
