The Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Company has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the Second Half of 2016 as follows:
- Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 60,000,000
- Dividend per share SAR 1.00
- Total number of eligible shares 60,000,000
- Dividend represents 10% of the face value
- The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (SDC) on the close of trading on the general assembly meeting date which will be decided at a later stage
- Details of dividend distribution date: will be announced at a later stage.
