CURRENT REPORT No. 01/2016 Date: 12 January 2017 Re: Schedule of periodic reports for 2017 Contents of the report: Pursuant to § 103.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter: the Regulation), the Management Board of Zakłady Tłuszczowe "Kruszwica"

1. (hereinafter: the Issuer) hereby communicate to the public the schedule of publication of periodic reports for 2017:

2. Extended consolidated quarterly reports

   • Consolidated report for Q1 2017 - publication date - 15 May 2017

   • Consolidated report for Q3 2017 - publication date - 14 November 2017

3. Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the period of 6 months ending on 30 June 2017 - publication date - 15 September 2017

4. Separate annual report for the period of 12 months ending on 31 December 2016 - publication date - 20 March 2017

5. Consolidated annual report for the period of 12 months ending on 31 December 2016 - publication date - 20 March 2017

Furthermore, pursuant to § 83.1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer hereby informs that the consolidated quarterly reports and the semi-annual report will contain respectively quarterly financial information and semi-annual condensed separate financial statements. Therefore the Issuer will not be publishing individual separate quarterly reports and an individual separate semi- annual report.

Legal grounds: § 103.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 ).
