Yahoo Japan Corporation announced that effective October 1, 2018 it has decided to make the following changes in organization and personnel job titles. Ichiro Nakayama current title Corporate Officer President & Representative Director, PayPay Corporation EVP, President of O2O Services Group, Commerce Company is changed to Corporate Officer President & Representative Director, PayPay Corporation EVP, President of Payment Services Group, Commerce Company. Tomoaki Tanida current title is EVP, President of Financial & Payment Services Group, Commerce Company VP, Banking Service Division, Financial & Payment Services Group, Commerce Company Banking Service Unit Manager, Financial & Payment Services Group, Commerce Company changed to EVP, President of Financial Services Group, Commerce Company VP, Banking Service Division, Financial Services Group, Commerce Company Banking Service Unit Manager, Financial Services Group, Commerce Company. Kohei Tsurusaki current title VP, Real Estate Division, O2O Services Group, Commerce Company VP, Travel & Dining Sales Division, O2O Services Group, Commerce Company Executive Unit Manager, O2O Services Group, Commerce Company Real Estate Unit Manager, O2O Services Group, Commerce Company changed to Corporate Officer EVP, President of O2O Services Group, Commerce Company.
Z Holdings Corporation is a holding company organized around 3 areas of activity:
- operation of e-commerce portals (69.5% of net sales): primarily operation of the Yahoo! Japan Shopping, PayPay Mall, ASKUL, Lohaco, Zozotown, Line Friends and Line Gift online stores.
