Notice of Establishment of a Sustainability Committee

YONDOSHI HOLDINGS INC. ("YONDOSHI HOLDINGS" or "the Company"), at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on January 6, 2022, resolved to establish a Sustainability Committee, as follows.

1. Purpose for Establishing the Committee

YONDOSHI HOLDINGS Group, based on the fundamental principle of respect for people, and valuing a corporate culture that continually pursues challenges without fear of change, pursues business activities in the jewelry and apparel domains, seeking to be a company that is trusted by customers, supports the aspirations of employees, is capable of contributing to society, and that meets the expectations of shareholders.

The Company, to pursue measures to address the environmental, social, and other issues surrounding sustainability, enhance the enterprise value of the corporate group, and contribute to the realization of a sustainable world, has decided at this time to establish a Sustainability Committee.

2. Role of the Committee

The Sustainability Committee, in accordance with YONDOSHI HOLDINGS Group's Basic Policy on Sustainability, will deliberate on important matters and courses of action. The committee will also receive reports from Group companies on the status of sustainability measures, and share useful information.

3. Structure of the Committee

The Sustainability Committee will be chaired by the president, and comprise directors (including outside directors) and executive officers.
