Yojee Limited making the complex process of managing land transport simple and reducing carbon emissions for a greener planet. The company is pleased to provide an update on rollout and growth objectives with the signing of a commercial subscription order with an existing global Enterprise Client and the reaching of a Company milestone with its first live commercial Connect Warehouse Product. Yojee Logistics Platform: An expansion agreement (subscription order) has been signed with an existing global Enterprise Client who has operations in over 100 countries, for deployment of a second logistics hub in an additional country.

Implementation will begin immediately and go-live (revenue generating) is expected within days. The subscription order is for a three-year period. Fees charged are based on a monthly subscription fee for the software solution (Yojee Platform) and revenue generated from variable factors based on parcel volume.

In Yojee's view, sales generated from subscription orders are not initially material to existing sales revenues over the contract term however will update in the future when this changes. Yojee Connected Warehouse: The company is pleased to advise progression in the rollout of its Connected Warehouse Product. Two subscription orders recently signed with Enterprise Clients have moved to Commercial live status from Commercial beta status and are now billing.

The solution can be almost completely self onboarded, and has demonstrated its capability to show value, efficiency and savings within the first days of operation. The Company has confidence in this solution and its existing pipeline being a significant additional pillar of potential revenue moving forward.
