ABC Communications (Holdings) Limited provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ended March 31, 2015. For the year, the company announced that based on the preliminary review on the latest available unaudited management accounts of the group, the group expects to record a significant increase in consolidated net loss for the year ended 31 March 2015 as compared with the year ended 31 March 2014. The significant increase in the consolidated net loss for the year ended 31 March 2015 was mainly attributable to: amortization of intangible assets in relation to a newly acquired technical know-how in the amount of approximately HKD 27 million; an increase in the finance costs in the amount of approximately HKD 5 million, which was mainly resulted from the increase in the company's outstanding unlisted bonds; and an increase in the general and administration expenses in the amount of approximately HKD 4 million, mainly resulted from increases in salary, directors' fees, professional fees and office rental.
