The board of directors of YiChang HEC ChangJiang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. announced that Ms. NG Wing Shan has tendered her resignation as the joint company secretary of the Company. The Board further announces that Mr. WONG Wai Chiu has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary, an Authorized Representative and the Process Agent in place of Ms. Ng with effect from 25 February 2022.
Mr. Peng Qiyun will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
