Yao Sheng Electronic Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 139.312 million compared to TWD 196.399 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 9.485 million compared to TWD 9.005 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 7.773 million compared to TWD 12.977 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.18 compared to TWD 0.34 a year ago.
Yao Sheng Electronic Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of transformers and inductance coils. The Company provides transformers and inductance coils, which are applied in liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors, power supply units, notebook computers, mobile phones, digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDAs), televisions and other devices. In addition, it also provides light emitting diode (LED) lighting products. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
