Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that Yanlord Property Service Management (China) Co., Ltd.1 ("Yanlord Property"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has set up a new company in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China ("New Entity"). Details of the New Entity are set out below:-

None of the directors nor controlling shareholder of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction, save for their respective interests, through their shareholdings and/or directorships, as the case may be, in the Company.
