Marukei Kathuobushi Inc. agreed to acquire Dalian YSK Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. from Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2812) on March 25, 2016. A stake transfer contract is expected to be signed on March 31, 2016. Dalian YSK Bio-Technology reported net assets of ¥423.03 million, total assets of ¥626.37 million, sales of ¥261.5 million, operating loss of ¥46.4 million and net loss of ¥57.88 million during the financial year ended December 2015. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry on March 25, 2016. The transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2016.
