The following notification made in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation relates to a transaction by Mr Paul Cuff, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities, who has purchased 54,916 ordinary shares pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer by the Company. Following the transaction, Mr Cuff's shareholding in the Company increased to 768,450 ordinary shares.
