Oslo, Norway, January 19, 2021: Reference is made to Xplora Technologies AS'
("Xplora" or the "Company") stock exchange announcement published on 21 December
2020 regarding the Board of Director's resolution to increase the Company's
share capital in a private placement to SevenVentures GmbH and Jesus Llamazares
Alberola in connection with their exercise of contractual options.

The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 130 663.148
divided into 32 665 787 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.004.

Following the registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (the VPS), the new shares will be delivered to the subscribers and
listed on Euronext Growth Oslo.
