Solacia Corp. (KOSE:A070300) and Hansol Inticube Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A070590) agreed to acquire 36.84% stake in NexG Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A081970) from Nuri Telecom Co.

Ltd. (KOSE:A040160) on July 23, 2013. Solacia Corp. (KOSE:A070300) and Hansol Inticube Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A070590) signed the agreement to acquire 36.84% stake of NexG Co.

Ltd. (KOSE:A081970) from Nuri Telecom Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A040160) for KRW 23.5 billion in cash on July 31, 2013. Solacia and Hansol Inticube will each acquire 1.06 million shares from Nuri Telecom.

The Board of Directors passed the resolution on July 31, 2013. The transaction is expected to close on September 13, 2013. Woori Investment & Securities Co.

Ltd. acted as financial advisor for Nuri Telecom Co. Ltd.
