The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Winshine Science Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Yip Chun Chung ("Mr. Yip") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary (the "Company Secretary") and an authorised representative of the Company to pursue other career development with effect from 1 December 2019. Mr. Yip confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Liu Ze Kui Alex ("Mr. Liu") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an authorised representative of the Company with effect from 1 December 2019.

Mr. Liu, aged 34, has extensive experience in the field of auditing, accounting and financial management, as well as compliance work. Mr. Liu has been our financial manager since July 2017. Prior to his current position, Mr. Liu worked at an international firm of certified public accountants as a manager of its audit & assurance department. Mr. Liu holds a bachelor of business administration (Honours) in accountancy degree from City University of Hong Kong. Mr. Liu is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board is of the view that Mr. Liu is qualified to act as the Company Secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Yip for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service and welcome Mr. Liu on his new appointment.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2019 and will remain suspended until further notice pending fulfilment of the resumption guidance issued by the Stock Exchange.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
