Completion of Disposal of Properties
Wing Tai Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 16 July 2020 (the "Earlier Announcement") in respect of the Proposed Disposal of Properties by its subsidiary companies, Seniharta Sdn Bhd and DNP Jaya Sdn Bhd.
Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.
Further to the Earlier Announcement, the Company wishes to announce that the disposal of Properties has been completed today.
