Plutus Investments and Holding Private Limited proposed to acquire 26% stake in Windsor Machines Limited (BSE:522029) for INR 1.7 billion on June 18, 2024. A cash consideration valued at INR 100 per share will be paid by Plutus Investments and Holding Private Limited to acquire 16,882,268 shares. Plutus Investments is acquiring 53.9% stake in Windsor Machines through Share Purchase Agreement with Castle Equipments Private Limited.

Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited acted as manager to Windsor Machines Limited.
