WIND RIVER ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 25, 2014 November 26, 2014 - Vancouver, B.C. TSX-V: WVR Vancouver, BC - Wind River Energy Corp. (the "Company" or "Wind River") Wind River held an Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2014 in Vancouver, BC. The following individuals were elected to serve as Directors of the company:

Paul Cox, Alan O'Hare, Cyrus Driver and Lindsay Hamelin.
All of the resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Information Circular dated August 20, 2014 and distributed to the Shareholders of the Company were passed and adopted.
