WestJet announced three new vice-presidents will be joining the senior leadership team. Gandeephan Ganeshalingam joins as Vice-President, Lean and Continuous Improvement, Stuart McDonald as Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer and Scott Groh as Vice-President, Crew Resources. Gandeephan joins the company February 19, 2018 from GE Canada, where he most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer. Stuart McDonald will be Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer when he starts with the company on January 29, 2018. With 25 years of Stuart most recently served as Vice-President, Strategic Initiatives, and Vice-President, Employee Enablement at TD Bank. Scott Groh joined the company, January 3, 2018 in the role of Vice-President, Crew Resources. Scott most recently worked for Qatar Airways as Senior Vice-President, Crew Resources, Flight Operations. Gandeephan will report to Gregg Saretsky, the company President and CEO. Stuart will report to Craig Maccubbin, the company Executive Vice-President and Chief Information Officer and Scott will report to Cam Kenyon, the company Executive Vice-President, Operations.
