Waterbury Neighborhood Revitalization Ribbon Cutting WATERBURY, Conn., January 6, 2015 - Waterbury Community Investment LLC, a subsidiary of NeighborWorks New Horizons, invites your coverage of the ribbon cutting ceremony for a homeownership and neighborhood revitalization program in the historic Hillside neighborhood in Waterbury, Conn.

This is a follow-up event to the ground-breaking ceremony held in July of 2013. See the before and after and learn about employer assisted housing programs, and also the next phase of development.
