WCF Bancorp, Inc. and WCF Financial Bank Appoint Thomas J. Hromatka to the Boards of Directors

On January 18, 2017, Thomas J. Hromatka was appointed to the boards of directors of WCF Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary, WCF Financial Bank. There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Hromatka and any other person pursuant to which Mr. Hromatka became a director. Mr. Hromatka has been appointed to the Information Technology Committee of the board of directors and it has not been determined on what other committees of the boards of directors, if any, Mr. Hromatka will be appointed.

The Bank is a state-chartered non-member bank and regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Iowa Division of Banking and has deposit insurance through the FDIC. The Bank has full-service offices in Webster City, Independence and Tama, Iowa. The Bank provides banking services to its local respective markets. The Bankâs personal banking services include checking, including Kasasa Cash and Kasasa Cash Back; Money Market Accounts; Savings and certificate of deposits (CDs), including Kasasa Saver and Christmas Club; debit/automated teller machine (ATM) cards, credit cards, and loans. The Bankâs business banking services include business checking, business savings, business credit cards and business loans. Its agricultural banking includes agricultural checking, agricultural savings, agricultural credit cards and agricultural loans.
